NOTICE FOR SUBMISSION OF ADMISSION FORM
Kendriya Vidyalaya Kamakhyanagar Admission Notice 2025-26
We are pleased to announce that offline registration for admission into Classes I to V for the academic year 2025-26 at Kendriya Vidyalaya Kamakhyanagar will commence from 1st July 2025 and will close on 15th July 2025.
Key Details:

Offline Registration will be conducted from 01.07.2025 to 15.07.2025.

Registration forms will be provided free of cost at the Vidyalaya on the production of the child’s birth certificate.

Completed forms along with all required documents can be submitted at the school office from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on all working days within the registration period.

Age Criteria (As on 31st March 2025):
| Class | Age Requirement |
|---|---|
| I | 6 years but less than 8 years |
| II | 7 years but less than 9 years |
| III | 8 years but less than 10 years |
| IV | 9 years but less than 11 years |
| V | 9 years but less than 11 years |
*Note: The maximum age limit may be relaxed by up to 2 years for children with special needs.
Important Guidelines:

Seat reservation will be as per KVS Admission Guidelines 2025-26.

Age reckoning for all classes is strictly as on 31st March 2025.

The final time for submission of registration forms is 15th July 2025, up to 5:00 PM.

Incorrect or misleading information in the application form may lead to cancellation of admission.

Admissions will be granted strictly as per KVS norms.

The tentative date for the 1st Selection List is 23rd July 2025. Further lists will be published based on vacancy availability.
