We are pleased to inform you that the following candidates have been provisionally selected for admission to Classes 1 to 5 at Kendriya Vidyalaya Kamakhyanagar for the academic session 2025–26. The selection is based on the Offline Draw of Lottery held on 24.07.2025 at the Kamakhyanagar Block Conference Hall.

Please note that the admission is purely provisional and subject to verification of the following documents:

✅ Two passport size photographs

✅ Original date of birth certificate of the child

✅ Service certificate of parents (where applicable)

✅ Caste certificate (ST/SC/OBC, where applicable)

✅ Disability certificate (for CWSN candidates)

✅ Valid EWS certificate (where applicable)

✅ Residence proof

✅ Transfer certificate/service details from competent authority

✅ Proof of distance from Vidyalaya (for RTE candidates)

✅ TC to be brought after document verification and confirmation for admission if applicable.

💰 FEE STRUCTURE

Admission Fee: ₹25/- (For all admissions except RTE)

For Class 1 & 2:

📆 April to September 2025

💸 VVN Fee: ₹3,000/- (₹500/- per month)

(RTE quota students in Class 1 are exempted)

For Classes 3 to 5:

📆 April to September 2025

💸 VVN Fee: ₹3,600/- (₹600/- per month)

📌 Parents of provisionally selected candidates must report on the scheduled date and time for admission.

📌 Failure to report without a valid reason will lead to cancellation of the seat.

📌 Submission of incorrect documents will result in immediate cancellation of admission without further correspondence.
